The UAPL Wellness Guides collection originated as HealthyUA.org, which was an initiative of the Leadership UA Class of 2014 and maintained by the Upper Arlington Public Library.
In 2024, the HealthyUA.org content was migrated to UALibrary.org and reformatted as one of the Research Department’s Subject Guides.
What is Wellness?
Wellness is a way of living that encourages good physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Being healthy includes becoming aware of and choosing a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
