Yummy Sole Fillets

Pan-fried sole fillet with creamy sauce, chives, lemon wedge, and side salad on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound sole fillets
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup butter (soft, or margarine)
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon green onion (chopped)
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

Place sole in a single layer in a well-greased baking pan. Brush with lemon juice and let stand 10 minutes. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve over rice.
