Vietnamese Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks (or 12 chicken wings)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Yield: 3 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 55 minutes
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except chicken, and pour mixture over chicken pieces in a foil-lined baking pan. Marinate chicken in pan 2 hours or more. Preheat oven to 375°. Bake chicken 55 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade. Serves 3 to 4 adults.
