Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
- 3 can Italian-style tomatoes, 28 oz. (drained and coarsely chopped)
- 2 teaspoon red pepper (crushed)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 teaspoon basil
- salt
- 2 cup chicken stock
Yield: 1 pot
