The “UnCola” Cake

Ingredients
- 1 package white or yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Club soda or 7-Up
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 package pistachio pudding
- 1 package whipped topping (9 oz.)
Yield: 24 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients well. Bake at 325° in long glass dish (greased) for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool in dish and then frost with: 1 package pistachio pudding mix and 1 container of whipped topping. Mix ingredients well, but do not beat with electric mixer. Refrigerate.
