Taco Salad

Taco salad in white bowl: ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, kidney beans, cheese, tortilla chips, and sliced avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (browned and well drained)
  • 1 head lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 can kidney beans (No. 2 can, drained)
  • 4 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 can ripe olives (small, optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package tortilla chips (crushed, regular)
  • 1 onion (chopped fine)
  • unknown Avocado on top (optional)
  • unknown Kraft Zesty Italian (enough to just flavor)
  • 1 dash hot sauce or Tabasco
Yield: 8 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

Toss lightly.
