Seafood Mold

Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 package Knox gelatin (with 1/2 c. hot water)
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 can seafood (or 1 lb cooked, tuna, shrimp, etc.)
Yield: 8 Servings
Prep Time: 3 hours
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Instructions
Heat tomato soup to boiling and dissolve cream cheese. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add to soup mixture. Add onion, celery and mayonnaise. Pour into mold. Cool several hours. Serve with crackers.
