Rump Roast The Exotic Way

Sliced rump roast with a glossy glaze, garnished with herbs, on a patterned white plate.

Ingredients

  • 3 pound to 4 lb rump roast
  • 1/2 cup sherry (dry or cream)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 or 7 pepper seeds
  • 3 buds garlic
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 3 hours
Cook Time: 2 hours

Instructions

Put the above in a cooking bag and let marinate about 3 hours. Cook in 350° oven for 2 hours and test.
