Quick & Easy Beef Stroganoff

Beef stroganoff: Creamy brown sauce with beef over egg noodles, garnished with parsley, served on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound stew meat (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • 1 can Campbell's onion soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • unknown noodles or rice
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 3 hours

Instructions

In a casserole, place meat and pour undiluted soups over all and bake at 300° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Before serving over noodles or rice, stir in sour cream to meat.
