Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon flour (pastry)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 2 eggs (beat separately, add whites last)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Instructions
Beat egg yolks and then mix in sugar, then pumpkin. Mix flour, salt and spices and gradually add milk while mixture is beating. Add egg whites last and do not beat too much. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then down to 350° for 30 minutes.
