Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 can Del Monte crushed pineapple in own juice (15 1/2 oz.)
  • 4 white bread slices (cubed)
Yield: 8 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour

Instructions

Combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple. Mix in bread. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350°. 6 to 8 servings.
