Parisienne Chicken

Chicken breasts topped with creamy mushroom sauce and chopped chives on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts (up to 8)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour

Instructions

Combine ingredients and pour over chicken pieces; sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
