Orange-Glazed Chicken

Glazed chicken pieces on a white plate, topped with orange slices and drizzled with sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon orange rind (grated)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 4 chicken breasts (boned)
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Instructions

Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Slice orange 1/4 inch thick, put on top of each piece of chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Baste. Serve sauce.
