Meringue Crust

Meringue crust dessert topped with whipped cream, fruit, and ice cream on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts (broken )
  • 1 1/2 cup Ritz crackers (broken)
  • ice cream
  • fruit
  • toasted coconut
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla. Add nuts and Ritz crackers. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Fill with ice cream. Top with fruit and toasted coconut.
