Korean Beef

Sliced Korean beef, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions, served on a white plate with chopsticks.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 2/3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound sirloin steak
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 12 hours 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except steak to make a marinade. Let steak marinate in mixture overnight in refrigerator. Grill or broil.
