Knobby Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup flour
- 3 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Yield: 24 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; add egg and mix. Mix dry ingredients. Add to creamed mix. Stir in diced apples, nuts and vanilla. Pour into 9-inch square greased and floured pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
