Kathryn Ross’s Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas (large)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (or margarine)
  • 4 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Yield: 1 Loaf
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

Crush bananas with a fork. Add eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and milk. Sift baking powder with flour; add salt. Mix all until well blended. Bake in a loaf pan for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
