Kansas Dirt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies (large size)
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 package Cool Whip ( large size)
- 3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 package instant vanilla pudding (small size)
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Instructions
Crush cookies and put 1/2 in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese and margarine until smooth; mix in powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold the two mixtures together and pour into pan over the crumbs. Spread remaining crumbs over top. Can be frozen and served or just chilled and served.
