Ham Balls

Baked ham balls in a white dish, covered in sauce and garnished with parsley.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound ground ham
  • 1/2 pound fresh ground pork
  • 1 cup graham crackers (cinnamon)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours

Instructions

Mix first five ingredients and form into 8 (or as many as desired) balls. Place in flat pan. Make sauce by combining remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over and bake at 300° for 2 hour. Baste. May be fixed the night before and covered with foil. Use sauce only while baking.
