Cut cookie dough into ½-inch slices. Arrange slices slightly overlapping on aluminum foil-covered 14-inch pizza pan. Press sides to seal. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown. Cool; remove from foil onto serving plate. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture. Glaze with combined marmalade and water. Chill, cut into wedges.
