Florida Keys Fish Bake

Baked white fish topped with toasted coconut flakes on a teal plate, garnished with parsley.

Ingredients

  • 2 pound Fish fillets
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • unknown Salt and pepper
  • 3 teaspoon water
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 3 teaspoon butter (or margarine)
Yield: 8 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

Cut fish into 1-inch squares. Place in 1-quart buttered baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour lime juice and water on fish. Dot with butter or margarine, sprinkle with coconut. Cover and bake in slow 325° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
