Easy Ham & Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup ham (minced, cooked)
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoon chives (minced, optional)
  • 1 9-inch pie shell (unbaked)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

Combine ham, cheese and chives and place in pie shell. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper until frothy and pour over ham mixture. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes prior to serving.
