Easy Cheese Spread

Creamy cheese spread, garnished with chives and paprika, served with sliced bread on a wooden board.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 2 teaspoon California onion soup mix
  • beer (as needed)
Yield: 24 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

Mix first 3 ingredients. Add enough beer to make mixture spreadable. Whip in mixer until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate. Best served with whole grain breads.
