Chocolate bark with white chocolate, peanuts, and pretzel sticks on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound white chocolate
  • 1 cup broken pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
Yield: 24 Servings
Prep Time: 1 hour
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

Melt chocolate over hot water; stir until smooth. Add pretzels, then peanuts. Spread to a thin layer on a cookie sheet. Chill. Break into pieces.
