Corn Pudding

Baked corn pudding in a white dish, garnished with green herbs, with a piece cut out.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn (17-oz can)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (17-oz can, drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)
  • cayenne pepper (to taste)
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
