Corn Bake

Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn (15-oz can)
- 1 can regular corn (15-oz can, drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased oblong casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cut into squares to serve.
