Corn Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn (15-oz can)
  • 1 can regular corn (15-oz can, drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased oblong casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cut into squares to serve.
