Conservative Carrots

Ingredients
- 5 cup carrots (about 2 bunches, cut in 1-inch chunks)
- 1 onion (small, chopped)
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Instructions
Place ingredients in 1 1/2 - quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until tender.
