Cold Greek Pasta

Cold spiral pasta salad with tomatoes, olives, salami, feta, and mint garnish.

Ingredients

  • 1 package tri-colored rotini pasta
  • 1 can black olives (drained and sliced)
  • 1 us liquid pint cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 package pepperoni (small)
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

Cook and drain pasta. Chill with ice. Mix all ingredients and chill well, adding dressing just before serving.
