Claudette’s Dip

Cheesy brown dip in white bowl, garnished with paprika and parsley, served with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage (try Jimmy Dean, sage)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
Yield: 10 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

Cook and drain the sausage and ground beef. Add the soup, cheese and garlic salt. Melt in double boiler in crockpot on low or in microwave. Stir together and serve with taco chips to dip.
