Christmas Olive Wreath

Olive wreath appetizer: Ring of cream cheese topped with pimento-stuffed green olives on a green plate.

Ingredients

  • stuffed olives (sliced)
  • 2 package lime Jello
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup American cheese (grated)
  • 1/3 cup nuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup pimento (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup celery (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Yield: 10 Servings
Prep Time: 2 hours
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

Drain pineapple, saving syrup. Heat syrup to boiling and add Jello. Arrange olives in circle in bottom of mold. Add just enough Jello to cover olives and chill until firm. Mix other ingredients and add to remaining Jello. Fold in whipped cream and pour all into mold. Chill until firm.
