Chess Pie

Slice of pecan chess pie on a white plate, garnished with mint and powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 11 ounce pie mix
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs, raisins, nuts and vanilla. Line muffin pans with pie crust. Fill crust with mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
