Broccoli Casserole

Baked broccoli casserole in white dish, topped with sliced hard-boiled eggs and chopped nuts in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 package broccoli (10-oz, chopped)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped fine)
  • water chestnuts (chopped)
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

Cook broccoli. Drain and put in casserole dish. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice in saucepan and heat until blended. Mix sauce in casserole with broccoli. Sprinkle eggs and water chestnuts over the top. Serves 6 to 8.
