Brie and Mango Quesadillas

Toasted quesadillas filled with melted brie, mango, red onion, and jalapeños on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas (flour)
  • unknown vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 6 ounce Brie (sliced)
  • 1 mango (ripe, pitted, peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 6 slice pickled jalapeno peppers
  • unknown Salt and pepper (to taste)
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Instructions

Divide the ingredients and layer in the order listed on half of each tortilla. Season with salt and pepper. Fold over the empty half of the tortilla to enclose filling. Place on a baking sheet. Coat tortillas with cooking spray. Broil about 5 inches from the broiler heat for 1 minute. Turn over, coat with spray, broil for an additional minute.
