To 4 egg whites, beaten stiff, add sugar, one tablespoon at a time while continuing beating. Mix together and fold graham cracker crumbs, coconut, vanilla extract and black walnuts into egg whites. Pour into well-buttered Pyrex pie plate. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Top with whipped cream and serve.
