Barbecued Ham

Barbecued ham sandwich on a toasted bun, topped with sauce and sprouts, served on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pressed ham (chipped ham)
  • 1/2 package chili sauce (bottle)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • brown sugar (a little)
Yield: 8 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes

Instructions

Mix together and bake in casserole dish at 325° for 40 minutes. Serve on hot buns. Serves 8 to 12.
