Bacon Salad Dressing

Crisp bacon strips on a bed of green salad, drizzled with a dark, glossy dressing on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 3 slice bacon
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

Cut bacon into pieces. Cook slowly until crisp. Stir in vinegar and seasonings. Reheat and pour over lettuce, spinach or other salad greens.
