Alpine Lace Turkey Mornay

Baked turkey casserole with broccoli florets, melted cheese, and breadcrumb topping in a white dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey (thin sliced from a deli)
  • 1/2 pound Alpine Lace Swiss
  • 1/2 pound Alpine Lace Colby (or Cheddar)
  • 10 ounce frozen broccoli (drained)
  • 8 ounce stuffing mix (optional)
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

Layer all ingredients, starting with turkey and ending with Alpine Lace Swiss. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Great to make ahead and freeze in Ziploc bags. Just microwave and heat'n eat!
