The 2024 General Election will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
Voting Information
- The deadline to register to vote is Monday, October 7, to be able to participate in the November 5 General Election. You can register online through the Ohio Secretary of State. You can also register at all UAPL locations.
- Make sure you are registered and your information is up to date. Enter your personal voting information on the Franklin County Board of Elections site to check.
- Early and Absentee Voting starts Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Information about the location and hours of Early Voting, as well as the Application for an Absentee ballot can be found through the Franklin County Board of Elections. Absentee Ballot applications can also be picked up at any UAPL branch location.
- Absentee Ballot Applications must be received by the Board of Elections by 8:30pm Tuesday, October 29 (One week before the Primary Election). Completed Absentee Ballots that are mailed to the Board of Elections must be postmarked by Monday, November 4; Ballots returned in person need to be received by the Board of Elections by 7:30pm on Tuesday, November 5 (Voting Day).
- Polls will be open on General Election Day (November 5) from 6:30am until 7:30pm.

- Vote411.org – From the League of Women Voters, enter your address to get personalized ballot and candidate information. All three branches will have print copies of LWV Voter Information Guide available the week of October 13.
