“The Best” Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients
- 4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted (to brush on before baking)
Yield: 12 Biscuits
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients and cut in margarine. Moisten with buttermilk. Knead lightly and cut 3/4 inch thick. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
