Swedish Nut Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoon vanilla (divided)
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz. undrained)
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Yield: 24 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, 2 teaspoons vanilla, pineapple and nuts. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Mix cream cheese, butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well and pour on hot cake.
