Swedish Apple Pie

Slice of Swedish apple pie with golden crust, served with vanilla ice cream and a fork on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • dash salt
  • 1 cup chopped raw apple
  • 1 cup nutmeats
  • 1 egg, beaten with fork
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

Mix ingredients and spread in ungreased pie dish. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Test with toothpick. Serve with ice cream.
