Strawberry Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package frozen strawberries (box)
- 1 cup nuts (chopped)
Yield: 2 Loaves
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Instructions
Thaw strawberries. Mix all by hand or beater. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
