Spiced Pecans

Roasted spiced pecans with rosemary sprig.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white (slightly beaten)
  • 2 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour

Instructions

Mix above together and add pecans and stir until coated. Grease cookie sheet and bake at 250° for 1 hour. Stir occasionally while in oven. Let cool and store in plastic bag. Serves: 1 pound pecans.
