Potato Soup

Creamy potato soup in a white bowl, garnished with swirl of cream and chopped chives.

Ingredients

  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • 3 cup potatoes (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup celery (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 cup water (up to 3 c)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese (cubed)
Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

Cook first seven ingredients together until tender. Mix milk and flour together and add to vegetables. Add cheese. Cook until thick, stirring occasionally.
