Meatball Stew

Meatball stew in a bowl: browned meatballs, carrots, potatoes, and onions in a rich broth.

Ingredients

  • 1 24 oz. package frozen Italian meatballs
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 can beef broth, undiluted
  • 2 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 4 potatoes ( cut into chunks)
  • 4 carrots (cut into chunks)
  • 1 16 oz. jar pearl onions (drained)
Yield: 8 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

Brown meatballs in oil. Add broth, soup, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer at least 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
