Meatball Stew

Ingredients
- 1 24 oz. package frozen Italian meatballs
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 can beef broth, undiluted
- 2 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 4 potatoes ( cut into chunks)
- 4 carrots (cut into chunks)
- 1 16 oz. jar pearl onions (drained)
Yield: 8 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Instructions
Brown meatballs in oil. Add broth, soup, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer at least 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
