Matcha-dusted, pale green dessert squares with visible fruit pieces on a white serving platter.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, including juice (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 package INSTANT pistachio pudding
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 4 hours 30 minutes

Instructions

Combine sour cream, pineapple with juice, and coconut. Sprinkle instant pistachio pudding into mixture. Freeze in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
