Bourbon Balls

Powdered sugar-covered bourbon balls piled on a white plate, garnished with pecan pieces.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup vanilla wafers, ground
  • 1 cup ground nuts
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoon light Karo
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
Yield: 30 Balls
Prep Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

Mix well. Roll into balls and dip in powdered sugar. Cover. Makes 30 small balls.
