Blueberry Torte

Ingredients
- graham crackers
- 1 cup sugar (divided)
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 package Philadelphia cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 2 eggs
- blueberry pie filling
- whipped cream
Yield: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Instructions
Mix graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar and melted margarine, and form in bottom of glass-bottom pie pan. Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup sugar, and pour over cracker mixture. Bake at 350 ° for 20 minutes. When cooled, top with blueberry pie filling and whipped cream.
