Turkey Stroganoff

Creamy turkey stroganoff with sliced mushrooms in a white bowl, garnished with parsley.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion (minced)
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 4 cup turkey (cubed, cooked)
  • 2 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 can mushrooms (6-oz cans, or sauté fresh mushrooms)
  • 2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped, fresh)
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

Sauté onion and garlic in margarine; stir in cubed turkey, flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Sauté 5 minutes. Add soup; mix thoroughly. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve in Pepperidge Farm pastry shells or make cream puffs and stuff with stroganoff. Serves 6 to 8.
