Sauté onion and garlic in margarine; stir in cubed turkey, flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Sauté 5 minutes. Add soup; mix thoroughly. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve in Pepperidge Farm pastry shells or make cream puffs and stuff with stroganoff. Serves 6 to 8.
