Turkey Loaf

Sliced turkey loaf with golden-brown crust, garnished with parsley and rosemary, served on a white plate.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 2 cup water (warm)
  • 1 package Stove Top stuffing
  • 2 pound fresh ground turkey
Yield: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

Mix eggs and water, then add stuffing mix and blend well. Add turkey and blend all together. Put into greased loaf pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Times may vary depending on ovens.
